The monopoly of Cable & Wireless meant that procedures were standardised throughout the British Empire countries.
The forms below show this standardisation. The headings are however just "CABLE AND WIRELESS" because it was only Australia
which had the contractual obligations with Eastern Extension for cable maintenance.
